Tips for a Healthy Summer

During the summer season a lot of awareness needed for keeping a healthy body. There are some tips for a healthy summer -

  • Stay cool and hydrated. Drink water, at least two to four cups (16-32 ounces) upon rising, and similar amounts if you are going out for activities and exercise.   • Skin cells contain mostly water, and if you're dehydrated, skin can look and feel parched. While the “8 glasses a day” rule is no longer valid, it’s important to stay hydrated throughout the day by drinking when you're thirsty.

  • Nutritional supplements can support you with a greater amount of physical energy, enhancing your summer activities.
